CIC works with Universities and Academic Institutions to assist them in the process of the development and refurbishment of student housing. CIC will finance such projects, returning the assets to the Institution after an agreed time period so that the Institution may save on the initial capital cost, whilst taking advantage of our knowledge and expertise of the latest developents in student housing.
