CIC takes a long lease on a portfolio of properties where it can pool the rent for the landlord or institution-owner and also provide a rent guarantee bond that insures against rental default on market rent. In support of this, CIC works with an international panel tracking market rent and future projections forward to assist in determining accurate cash flows.
